The Penguin is an American crime drama miniseries developed by Lauren LeFranc for HBO. A spin-off of The Batman (2022), it follows the Penguin's rise in Gotham City's criminal underworld.

I developed the concept and designed the frames using "grids" to tell a story. These grids are formed by various elements of the city: windows, crosswalks, stairs... Through this, we capture the different stories happening in different corners of the city, as the Penguin’s fragmented plan comes together, piece by piece.
