Abstract
This project was derived from a psychological theory called 5 stages of grief. The model explains the development of human frustration through 5 emotions. I used a character design manner to convey these five emotions in different scenarios. In the end, viewers will realize that it is a story about how humans grow.

Motion
I created the stone figure to present my idea. I animated the character in Cinema4D, rendered them out, and then composited them in After Effects. Additionally, I used a frame-by-frame technique to decorate some assisting elements interacting with the stone. The title cards that show before each clip were also done in this frame-by-frame manner.
